Information pursuant to Article 13 of Reg. 2016/679 / EU on the processing of personal data (from now on also "GDPR")

 

METAPROJECTS, with registered office in Via Lazio 87 - 40038 Vergato (BO) C.F. 91404110370, as data controller for the execution of the services offered, processes the personal data of users of the website www.exadrone.it. The processing takes place in compliance with the rights of the user concerned, in a lawful, transparent and correct manner. This information only concerns the processing carried out by METAPROJECTS on the website www.exadrone.it, not also the processing by third parties owners of websites to which this website redirects. On these sites METAPROJECTS has no control and is not responsible for the processing of data that occurs on them. The User concerned is therefore required to consult the privacy policy of the aforementioned third party sites. The owner informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes.

 

1. Types of data (What data we ask you for)

1.1 Personal data

The personal data processed are collected as provided directly by the interested party or provided automatically. The data provided directly by the interested party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any way, directly by the interested party for joining, by registering, the PELL service as: Municipality, Manager or Developer; o receive assistance and information, only if such processing has been explicitly authorized. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail
  • Phone
  • any personal and particular data contained in the "Ticket Detail" form

1.2 Navigation data

The data collected automatically are navigation data. Such data, although not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow its identification. In particular:

  • IP address
  • browser and navigation device
  • technical cookies
  • the collection of this data is essential for the operation of the implicit renewal of processing systems (see the item Processing methods) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.

1.3 Data voluntarily sent by the user

If the User sends spontaneous communications to the company to subscribe to the newsletter or receive commercial information, only if such processing has been explicitly authorized, the name, telephone number and relative E-mail address are acquired, as well as any data contained in the communication. .

 

2. Purpose of the processing (Why we use your data)

The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, as described below. We use the data provided by the interested parties to:
provide the services offered by Metaprojects and requested by the User (i.e. use the service offered by PELL)
Aggregate statistical measurement of website traffic
Respond to contact requests from the relevant form
provide feedback to requests sent to e-mail addresses on the website
fulfill legal or administrative obligations

 

3. Processing methods and technologies used (How we treat them)

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing. Data processing takes place through the use of tools and procedures suitable for ensuring security and confidentiality. The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses and times of the requests, method of connection to the server, numerical result code as well as parameters relating to the user's operating system). Although this is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information (not associated with any user identification data) on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. METAPROJECTS does not use automated decision-making processes, does not carry out any profiling activity, therefore, does not record, does not store or process data relating to choices, habits and purchasing preferences of its Customers, nor creates profiles (individual and / or aggregated) in order to propose targeted offers. Access to the website www.exadrone.it activates methods of automatic collection of information (technical cookies) necessary for correct navigation on the aforementioned sites which are automatically deleted upon expiration or when the session is closed and for which reference is made to the appropriate information available at the following link: http://www.exadrone.it/cookies/. Where necessary, consent will be requested to respond to contact requests from the relevant form and provide feedback to requests sent to the e-mail addresses on the website; This consent is optional, if not given there will be no consequence, other than the inability to respond and provide feedback to the requests received.

 

4. Duration of processing (how long we keep your data)

The data processing will take place for the time necessary to pursue the purpose referred to in point 2. for which it is authorized. Access to the website www.exadrone.it activates automatic information collection methods (technical cookies) necessary for correct navigation on the aforementioned sites which are automatically deleted upon expiration or when the session is closed.

 

5. Access to data (who can access your data)

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in point 2:
to employees and collaborators of the owner of METAPROJECTS, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the processing and / or system administrators.
to third-party companies or other subjects (by way of example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external managers of the treatment.

The data thus collected will not be "disseminated", ie it will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects in any way. The aforementioned data may be "communicated" to one or more specific and identified subjects as follows:

Personal data is stored on remote servers located within the European Union.

 

8. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusing to respond (why it is necessary to use them)

The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by the Data Controller.

 

9. Rights of the interested party (What can you ask us)

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
obtain:

  1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
    object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. It should be noted that the data subject's right to object, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes using automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the data subject to exercise the right to object only partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
    Where applicable, it also has the rights referred to in Articles. 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
